Turning Zero Visibility Into Record Growth
Before working together, the storage facility had minimal online presence and very little demand coming from digital channels. In December 2024, the business booked just 3 units during what should have been one of the strongest seasonal months of the year. There was no modern website, no paid advertising, and no system in place to capture or convert online demand.
By rebuilding the website from the ground up and launching targeted Meta ad campaigns, we created a complete lead-generation system designed around real customer behavior. The new website made booking simple, while ads focused on the highest-demand audience at the right time of year.
From 3 Bookings to 70+ in One Year
In December 2025, the same business booked 70+ units, turning the month into not only their best month of 2025, but one of their strongest months in the last several years. The combination of a conversion-focused website and seasonal, audience-based advertising completely changed how customers found and booked storage.
This project demonstrates what happens when paid traffic and website experience work together. Instead of relying on word of mouth or outdated systems, the business now has a scalable foundation that consistently drives real results during peak demand periods.


A conversion-focused, multi-page site built to compete locally
From Outdated to Online
Before working with us, the client’s website was severely outdated and provided almost no useful information for potential customers. There was no online booking, no breakdown of unit sizes, and no clear calls-to-action. The site functioned more as a placeholder than a tool to actually generate customers.
We rebuilt the entire website from the ground up using Framer, launching a fully functional multi-page site in under a week. The new site includes over 20 pages with dedicated pages for each unit size, clear navigation, and strong calls-to-action throughout, allowing customers to quickly find the right unit and book online.

The new website was designed specifically to support paid traffic and convert visitors into bookings. Each unit size has its own page with clear information, pricing context, and direct booking options, removing friction from the decision-making process.
By combining clear structure, modern design, and a streamlined booking flow, the website became a true sales asset rather than just an online brochure. This foundation played a key role in making December the client’s strongest-performing month of the year.

Seasonal Opportunity
When we launched paid ads, the local market was largely untapped. Few, if any, competing storage facilities were actively advertising online at the time. December also aligned with a major seasonal opportunity, as college students in Rexburg were preparing to leave for the semester and actively looking for short-term storage solutions.
We built the ad strategy around this demand by prioritizing college students attending BYU–Idaho, who historically make up a large portion of storage customers during the end-of-semester period. This allowed us to focus spend on the audience most likely to convert immediately, rather than spreading budget thin across broader targeting from the start.

Audience-Based Campaigns
The primary campaigns were designed specifically for college students, using offers and messaging aligned with short-term storage needs during move-out season. These campaigns focused on convenience, affordability, and easy booking, which matched the urgency students had at the time.
Alongside the student-focused campaigns, we also ran a general campaign targeting the broader local audience outside the college demographic. This ensured the facility continued to attract long-term renters and non-student customers, while still prioritizing the highest-demand audience during December. Combined with proper tracking and a conversion-focused website, this approach resulted in over 30 tracked conversions and a more than 10× increase compared to December 2024.
